Payments
A 20% Deposit of total hire is required to confirm your Booking.
Full payment is required before the start of your event. An invoice will be sent to you upon request either via email or snail mail.
Payment may be made by cheque on the day or via direct credit prior to your event.
Cancellations
If you Cancel with less than 14 days notice you will lose your deposit. (except for inclement weather on the day of hire)
Power
We require power to be available within 50 meters of the set up site. If this is not available a generator will be required. (We can provide one if requested, at a cost of $100) If power is not available on the day and no alternative arrangements have been made you will be charged the full amount of the hire.
Access to Site
To set up our rides we require vehicle access.
We allow between 20 – 40 minutes to set up our equipment per ride.
If access to the site is difficult or restricted we may not be able to be set up on time or leave at the end of the hire.
You will be charged the full hire if sufficient access to set up and take down is not available.
Our prices are based on us setting up immediately before the hire and packing up immediately after our booking has been completed. Additional fees may be incurred if early set up or late removal is required.
Damage to our equipment
While we expect a reasonable amount of wear and tear on our equipment to occur, any damages which are considered excessive will be billed to you.
Site Conditions
The Client shall take full responsibility to ensure safe and workable conditions for ZapZone Amusements and their staff.
Unsafe Play
If any person participating in any of our activities acts in a manner deemed as unsafe by ZapZone Amusements they may be removed from the activity . Any continuation of unsafe play will result in ZapZone Amusements being forced to close down the activity and pack it away. In this event the full hire will be charged and no refund will be given.
